General Policy
Ø Check-in time is 15:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed.
Ø Check-out time is 11:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
Ø A guarantee debit/credit card is mandatory for every reservation, these must match the name on the booking and will be used for a deposit as well as all incidentals & charges to room.
Ø We are legally obliged to be able to identify all our guests, therefore a form of photographic ID will be required upon check-in for all staying guests.
Ø FIRE ALARM – Anyone found to have tampered with or wrongly set off the fire alarm system will have a charge of £250 taken from the card used to guarantee the booking. Non-payment will result in the guest being asked to leave. This is to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us.
Ø Smoking/vaping in the hotel is not permitted in any area, a charge of £250 will be applied to the bookers card and the guest asked to leave the premises.
Ø 1 Additional night stay will be charged if a room is not vacated in due time.
Ø Over occupying rooms is against hotel policy and fire regulations set in law. Over occupying will incur a £50 charge per additional person and the booker will be held responsible for this. The extra guests will also be asked to leave immediately. Paying this charge does not allow the extra occupants to stay. Continuing to breach this will result in being asked to leave the premises.
Ø Hotel General Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior date of arrival by 11:00 am, the guest will be liable for the whole reservation as soon as this Cancellation window closes.
Ø Hotel Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: the guest will be liable for the whole reservation as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Ø The Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card provided as guarantee for any booking as soon as the cancellation window is closed.
Ø Rooms must be paid for in advance upon check in.
Ø A deposit may be requested at our own discretion of a minimum of £100 to cover any incidentals. This amount is not fixed, nor may it be waived once requested. Not adhering to our policies will result in this not being returned.
Ø NO pets are allowed in the Hotel premises.
Ø Missing/Lost/Non-Returned key cards will be charged at £10 per card.
Ø Visitors are welcome in the Hotel Public Areas. Guests are not allowed to invite extra guests/visitors to their room. Failure to comply will result in an over occupation charge.
Ø We are not responsible for any Electrical Equipment brought on site by any guest and will not be considered liable for any issue related if in connection to our electricity supply.
Ø Please observe the safety information displayed throughout the Hotel Premises.
Ø Please be informed that a step is present after accessing the following rooms, hence extra attention is required:
124 – 125 – 126 – 127 – 128 – 129 – 130 – 131 – 224 – 225 – 226
Ø Please be informed that steps are present before accessing the following rooms, hence extra attention is required:
227 – 228 – 229 – 230 – 324 – 325 – 326 – 327
Ø Anti-slip Bathmats for Bathtubs and Showers are not always present in our rooms. These are available subject to availability upon request. Please contact the reception desk should you require one.
Ø If you leave any property within one of our rooms, please contact our reception within 24 hours or this may be disposed of.
